Mouse elimination and exclusion
This program is designed to eliminate the current infestation within your structure, and to prevent or reduce
mice entry into your home. This is a single treatment warranted to control only currently existing infestations. Many factors
of your home including age, additions, design and construction will limit the success of locating all of the rodent entry
points. If you have persistent problems with mice, we have regular scheduled service plans available.
We guarantee complete elimination of all mice in your home and back this up with a full 6 month warranty. Rodents will be gone for good!
Find the holes: Our Service Technician will point out the
access areas where mice can enter your structure. We will provide limited repairs to those areas where mice enter your
structure. We do not perform structural repairs to your home that may be needed to solve any re-infestation of mice. You may
need to have them repaired by a qualified home repair specialist to prevent future problems. Due to the age of the home, physical
condition, architectural design and various construction issues, we cannot guarantee that we can find all rodent entry points.
Kill’em, catch’em:
We will eliminate the current infestation/population by the use of poison baits and/or traps. We use only EPA registered materials,
and are applied in a safe and consistent manner with label directions. All bait placements are
placed out of reach of children and pets or are placed in tamper resistant bait stations.
Where do they die? Anywhere, but typically they will die within their nest. Their nests are normally located in void areas in basement ceilings
and in the foundation block.
Do they smell? Bet you would like to hear, no, but yes they do. However, again, they usually die in void areas and in most cases we will
never smell their odor. If you do notice an odor, you usually are within a few feet of it. If you cannot find the mouse, the
odor will typically dissipate within seven days.
What we Warranty:
We guarantee elimination of the current mouse infestation. We will return, at no
cost, to re-inspect and/or replace additional bait placements
and or traps. Warranty period is a full six months from the initial service.
