Very well done! Jon arrived on time, he explained all tasks he would perform, he explained what he looked
for, and what attracts rodents (my bird feeders!). He was finished within an hour, he found 2-3 possible holes and sealed
them. He set baits in the basement area and left several traps if I wanted to set them.

Jon was extremely friendly and helpful. I had been seeing evidence of mice recently and had trapped a few.
Jon came and looked everywhere inside and outside my condo to see where they may be coming in. He sealed up a couple of spots.
Because I live in a condo, I share walls with my neighbors. John's diagnosis was that the mice were most likely coming in
from my neighbor's condo and because of the structure of the units; there wasn't really any way to seal the wall. However,
he suggested a way to eliminate their food source by moving my cat's food dish. Because Jon couldn't actually seal up the
wall, he did not feel he could charge me for his visit. I would have been happy to pay him as he gave helpful advice and did
everything he could. I have seen no further evidence of mice nor have I trapped any since his visit and suggestions. Overall,
Jon was a great guy and I would highly recommend his services!!

Jon was very congenial over the phone. He got here when he told me that he would. He explained his program.
He is quite articulate and businesslike in his manner, but also has a sense of humor. I don't see any little critters running
around, yet.

Based on Jon's rave reviews we called him to take care of a mice problem. He lives up to his
A rating. We received a prompt, thorough explanation on what he was going to do and what we could expect. Jon left several
traps for us and explained how to set them. We caught a mouse within 24 hours and are confident that he has plugged the correct
hole that the mice were using and that soon we will have a mice free house. I appreciate that he was able to do an early call,
7:30 a.m., so I didn't have to miss much of work. Jon is great!

I began noticing carpenter ants in the yard and some in the house in the late spring. I had John come
out to take care of the problem. He treated the foundation as well as areas away from the house where the ants were nesting.
He talked me out of treating inside the house, stating I didn't need it based on the few ants I had seen. He could easily
have padded his bill and I wouldn't have known any better. John really knows his stuff, he explains things in clear terms
and his results speak for themselves. John was recommended to me by friends of ours who said he was "the best." He is! He's
also very personable and professional. I can't say enough good things about him.

Jon is extremely clean and professional. He is friendly and understands my needs for few chemicals
in and around my house, at the same time he has gotten rid of all of the issues we have had regarding spiders and mice. I
definitely recommend him to do all of your work. I have had very poor experiences with other pest control companies.
